Non-US residents: International packages (outside of the USA) usually take 4-6 weeks to arrive. International orders are shipped at the risk of the shopper. Rarely do we have serious issues with delivery. Please note that your order ships from the US and may be subject to additional customs fees upon delivery. While we try our very best to keep international shipping costs low, your country’s import fees are out of our control. All applicable customs and import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges and fees are the responsibility of the customer. CANADA AND US TERRITORIES
In order to help customers save on taxes/duties and high shipping fees if your order is being shipped to Canada or a US territory please allow up to 2 weeks for order processing as your order is being sent out as soon as possible. We will mainly be shipping with USPS, but may work with FedEx or UPS depending on the item/delivery. We are a small business with only one person doing the jobs of twelve, please be understanding. You will be emailed tracking as soon as your order is headed to you. Pre order items (not related to Smut and Gore Bookclub) will ship within 2 weeks of the date listed on the product. Please check your item dates carefully. Once processed you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. Please allow 4-7 days for your item to arrive once it ships out. Again Pre-Orders will take a while for production, and delivery so please be understanding!
International orders will be shipped via DHL, we sometimes utilize USPS and UPS depending on the inventory location. DHL Express ships within 1-2 business days within Europe and within 3-4 business days in Asia. Hex Designz is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events. If your order is shipped USPS or UPS please allow longer time for arrival.
Smut and Gore Bookclub
Depending on when you order and if you are a monthly subscriber, your package can take anywhere from a few weeks to over a month to arrive. Let us explain: We work on a pre-order, monthly subscription schedule. Our packages go on sale several weeks *before* we ship them so if you're buying the packages one at a time instead of subscribing, you are pre-ordering them several weeks in advance. If you are a monthly subscriber, you are auto-charged every month on the 7th of every month and your package is shipped as soon as possible the next month. Shipping times vary according to estimated, delivery lead times. If everything is "on time" we like to ship during the first two weeks of every month. But you can expect occasional delays.
Hex Designz/Smut and Gore Bookclub does not allow returns of Book Club Packages or other associated items/products, except as outlined in our Damaged or Missing Items section below. All sales are final. After packages leave Hex Designz Headquarters with USPS, the responsibility lies with USPS. If your tracking reports that your package has been delivered but it was lost or stolen or for some other reason, you don't actually have the package, please file a claim with USPS. Priority Shipping that you paid for comes with insurance.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
We do not accept returns on ceramics, glass, paintings or sculpture.
Clothing returns/exchanges are determined on a case by case basis. Please reach out to us.
We cannot offer free shipping on returns/exchanges. The customer is responsible for shipping returns/exchange items back.
If you receive damaged or missing products/items from Hex Designz/Smut and Gore Bookclub, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org subject heading "DAMAGES" with details of the damaged or missing items. Photographic evidence of damage is required in order to receive replacement items. We might choose to file a claim with USPS if we feel the damage was caused in shipping.
All prices associated with Hex Designz Services are displayed in U.S. Currency. Sales tax will be determined by the shipping address of the order and will automatically be added to your order in accordance with the current tax rate at time of charge. We do not collect sales tax in all states, only those where we are required to do so, or become required to do so by law in the future.
